We had the privilege of joining Sweden Food Tech, Stockholm Business Region and an inspiring group of chefs and companies to explore how innovation can shape the future of food.

Sweden Foodtech is a Stockholm-based organization that accelerates transformative entrepreneurship for the next-gen food system, driven by tech, data and innovation. Their flagship event is called Big Meet, and their Test Kitchen is where they dissect what's already out there and learn what's about to arrive and how products and services will fare in the next-gen food system.

Stockholm Business Region has been involved in food innovation through accelerator programs - the City of Stockholm believes in the great potential of the city's innovation scene and wants to take on a constructive leadership role in connecting the global ecosystem and integrating Stockholm's impact innovation spaces with the world.
