Grale x Public Clean

July 2, 2026

Facility service company Public Clean is taking another step forward in its sustainability work through a new collaboration with Grale. By introducing Grale's microplastic-free waste bags the company is strengthening its sustainability work and reducing the use of fossil plastic - without compromising on quality or function.

The initiative is part of Public Clean's long-term work with innovation, ergonomics and sustainability. By replacing traditional plastic bags with Grale's microplastic-free innovations, the company can offer its customers a more sustainable solution with a significantly lower climate footprint and lower water and energy consumption during manufacturing.

“Small changes can make a big difference. With Grale’s microplastic-free waste bags, we reduce our environmental impact and emissions of microplastics while maintaining the quality and function that our customers expect."
Moris Lahdo, Vice President at Public Clean Stockholm AB.

The collaboration between Public Clean and Grale shows that the transition to sustainable alternatives does not have to mean increased complexity or impaired function. On the contrary, sustainable material choices can be easily integrated into daily operations.

“It is when sustainable choices become standard in daily operations that it really matters. Public Clean’s decision shows that it is possible to phase out conventional plastic without compromising on quality - and that is precisely the kind of change we are driving Grale towards.”
Allen, CEO of Grale.
